DDS FRAME 12
Currently under development, the Frame 12 will deliver up to 12 MW (16,000 HP) of power at 10,000rpm with operational voltages of 6,600V and higher. With very high efficiencies of around 98 percent, the Frame 12 will provide an excellent return on invested capital. The machine has been designed for use as a high-speed driver for turbomachinery in the oil and gas and process industries. It can be optimized for application-specific requirements, and can also be optimized as a generator for gas turbine gensets.
The Frame 12 will be offered with oil lubricated tilt pad bearings or active radial magnetic bearings.
